Equipment is considered reserved only with deposit.
Deposit is ½ of the estimated toal.
Final count and Balance is due 15 days prior to event.
Standard delivery hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Equipment will be dropped off and picked up in the same location.
Chairs must be stacked at end of event. $2.00 per charge if not stacked.
Linens must be free of food and debris.
Replacement will be charged for any linens stained with candle wax.
An extra charge may apply for long carries, stairs and elevators. Please count your order upon delivery. Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from time of delivery to time of return.
Secure equipment from theft when not in use and protect from weather. Missing equipment, broken equipment, burned, stained and ripped linen will be charged at replacement cost.
Miranda-St-John Wedding & Event Rentals, and afflilates and subcontractors are not liable or responsible for any damages, injury, or accidents resulting from the use of any of the listed equipment. Deposits are not refundable, but may be transferred to a new date, based upon availibity. Customer agrees to pay all rental charges and all collection fees, court cost or any expenses involved in collection of rental charges and /or equipment.
